Christopher began his studies at Guildford College of Law, completing his qualifications at College of Law, London in 1980. He began his career as a sole practitioner until 1997 when he became a partner at a mid tier Essex based Law firm. During this time he continued to specialise in residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and probates, landlord and tenant. With nearly 40 years in the industry, Christopher has used his experience and expertise to establish Excel Law as Director, with Harjit Athwal. Chris is a car enthusiast and in his spare time can often be seen amongst supercars and vintage motors.

After graduating in law, Harjit “Harry” Athwal went on to work in the legal department for GE Money, before establishing Excel Law alongside Chris as a Director in 2007. Harry primarily specialises in acting for private individuals and companies in a wide range of transactions. He has extensive experience in commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus to bridging finance. Harry has a notable reputation as a deal-maker and advises an array of clientele including sports personalities, high net worth individuals and family offices. In his spare time Harry also carries out pro bono work for a global charity and has a passion for football, as a keen Arsenal supporter.

Inderjit previously worked for an East London firm, where she received her training and qualified as a solicitor in August 2007. Inderjit joined Excel Law in 2009 undertaking residential and commercial property and family law matters.

Inderjit primarily specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing acting for private individuals and companies in a wide range of transactions. During her time at the firm, she has acted on the purchase and sales of residential and commercial properties, new build developments, assignments, re-mortgages, Help to Buys, staircasing and business lease renewals and assignments.
